This wine is composed of 80% Trepat: an indigenous grape with a long history of use in both sparkling wines and red blends featuring Garnacha and Tempranillo. The remainder of the blend is Garnacha sourced from 45-year-old vines. It's a beautifully coloured Cava, showing apricot, apple, peach, a delicate hint of strawberry, and a charming, spicy finish.
