This local sparkler is made from 100% riesling harvested from a single vineyard. It's light and refreshing with notes of almond, melon and white fruit on the nose, followed by delicate bubbles on the palate and flavours of citrus, green pear and honey on the finish. Serve as an aperitif or with light fish and seafood.
