This white was made using the rare Portuguese varietal Encruzado, 60% of the grapes were fermented in stainless steel and 40% in French oak barrels. Greenish yellow colour with delicate aromas of white pulp fruit with citrus fruit peel. Creamy on the palate with good acidity and long and minerally finish.
