Like the red (nero d'Avola) [33462] counterpart this varietal catarrato explains itself in an obtusely unique way, aromatically speaking, in the world of that Sicilian grape at the hands of this organic and natural producer. Yet Naturalemente is also friendly, nurturing and comforting, secure even, with white to yellow-green flowers (think Honeysuckle and Lilly). Tart in the ways of tonics and their botanical meanings plus some periodic meets elemental shorties. Orbitals, isotopes, and mixed compounds too. In other words superlatively complex.
