Named after the legendary 17th-century Irish harpist, Turlough O'Carolan this cream liqueur was first created in 1978. The combination of fresh cream, Irish spirits including whiskey and natural honey result in a liqueur that is rich in aromas and flavours of toffee, vanilla and honey with silky smooth texture and finish.
