The grapes are harvested at night when the temperatures are coolest, to preserve the full aromatic potential of the wine. Yellow straw colour with golden reflections. Generous aromas of fresh fruit take the lead showing mineral notes with refreshing acidity on the palate. Ideal paired with salads, white fish or seafood.
