This Calvados is made using the traditional method of double distillation. Expect fresh and floral aromas, with cooked apples and persistent notes of fresh green apples. The palate shows mineral notes with hints of pepper, mint and flavours of salted butter caramel on the finish. Enjoy neat after a meal.
