Bushmills has been distilling Irish whiskey since 1608. Their 16-year-old is aged in ex-bourbon and Oloroso Sherry cask then finished in a Port cask. Its aromas begin with floral, dried fruit and vanilla notes that evolve into flavours of toffee, toasted almond and sultanas and linger with a hint of chocolate. Serve neat.
