This small-batch, 95% rye whiskey pours a deep amber colour and offers pronounced aromas of toasted oak, spices, orange peel and vanilla. The palate is smooth with flavours of orange peel, peppery spice and herbs lingering on the finish. Serve over ice, or superb in a classic Manhattan.
