Founder Nicolas Malboeuf named his family-run brewery Tuque de Broue; a playful take on beer's foamy head. Tuque Dorée is a Canadian Pale Ale, a new and refreshing style. Enjoy aromas of peach, tangerine and lemon zest, with subtle bitterness and malty notes on the finish. Pour with grilled salmon, poutine or Thai chicken.
