Established in 2016, Tuque de Broue is a family-owned and operated brewery in Embrun; a Francophone community in Eastern Ontario. Their red ale features aromas of caramel, biscuit and toast followed by flavours of raisins, toffee and toasty caramel. The finish has a mild peppery note. Enjoy with barbecued ribs or turkey.
