This collaboration is a combination of whisky aged in American oak and sherry butts from 1997 and 2000. Deep copper colour, it pours with sweet fruity aromas, honey, spices and floral notes. The palate is rich with sweet spices, vanilla, butterscotch and licorice giving way to a smooth, smoky, lingering finish. Sip neat.
