This wine is one of the first reds to be sold internationally under a PDO designation. Boutari have been exposing the world to high-class Greek wine for five generations. Their flagship Xinomavro is dry, tart and richly detailed, with notes of sour raspberry, sun-dried tomato, black olive, and a hint of cinnamon. Serve it tonight after a half hour decant or cellar until 2030.
