This wine is sourced from sites cooled by katabatic winds. These breezes are created by the overnight cooling of radiated heat from the highlands that flows downhill through the influence of gravity. Which, if you'll pardon the pun, is very cool. This bright, fresh wine has a crisp character and notes of lime, tropical fruit and mineral.
