From a spectacular property just inland from Atlantic coast, where the climate is similar to the Galician coast of Spain, from which the grape originates. This shows a gentle yet generous and exotic nose of peach-pineapple, saffron, florals and fennel. It is medium weight, fairly tender and lively but also has power and warmth. Very substantial on the palate with excellent length. Viognier fans will be impressed. Chill fairly well. Tasted April 2024 Score - 92. (David Lawrason, winealign.com)
