The Blue Spot name was derived from the practice of dabbing maturing casks of whiskey with paint to mark the ageing potential. As this has matured no less than seven years, expect tropical notes with spiced apple and toasted hazelnuts. Finishes smooth and balanced with fragrant wafts of clove oil and peppercorns. Sip neat.
