Blackbird rosé is made from 100% Kotsifali, an indigenous Cretan varietal. It showcases aromas of red fruits, citrus and notes of white flowers. The palate is fruity with a gentle creaminess and a crisp and refreshing finish. It pairs well with seafood, appetizers, spicy dishes and cheeses.
