The 2021 vintage saw smaller than average crop sizes due to a difficult start to the season, but perfect conditions from July onward allowed the vines to recover and produce exceptional fruit. Fermented with wild yeasts, this wine is taut, supple, silky and complex, with outstanding concentration and intensity alongside notes of lemon, pear, tropical fruit, herbs and spice. It will drink well for 3+ years.
