The name is a nod to the brewery, which was built in a refurbished schoolhouse in Beamsville, Ont. Clear, pale straw in colour, this lager has delicate aromas of maize, water crackers and white bread. Light-bodied and crisp, it finishes dry and refreshing with a subtle, herbal character from the home-grown Willamette hops.
