Product details

This is a blend of local bobal with four other French varieties including merlot and cab franc. The latter really adds its lifted herbal note to the mix, along with jammy red fruits as in raspberry and cherry. There is also a peppery note, perhaps from the syrah in the blend as well. Quite complex overall. It is medium weight, quite firm and well structured with a certain minerality and oak spice. The green olive notes carry on to the finish; the length is excellent.
