In 1997, the Barbayannis Liquor Distillers created a new ouzo with a soft taste, this anise-based distillate is made with meticulously selected wholesome ingredients and the special water of Plomari in Lesvos Greece. The result is an aromatic nose with pure and delicate flavours. Serve neat, with water and ice on the side.
