Grapes for this Chardonnay were all sourced from Bachelder's rockstar-level plantings of Saunders, Wingfield and Foxcroft. The result is a deeply complex, mineral-tinged wine showing prominent aromas of green pear, nectarine, fennel seed and vanilla, with a hint of wet clay.
