Old vineyard of red grenache growing close to the monastery of Santes Creus. The work with the skins at low temperature and the short macerations, give us bright colors and soft tannins, ideal for later aging in French barrels giving the final wine light toasted notes and lactic notes. Sweet, smooth and elegant entry on the palate. Only 800 bottles produced, both organic and vegan.
