Comprised of an equal portion of peated and unpeated malt, 35% of the whisky is matured in ex-sherry casks and 65% in ex-bourbon casks. Aromas of orchard fruit with honey, sea salt and smoky campfire notes. Marzipan with peppercorn and briny notes on the palate, with well-integrated peat smoke on the finish.
