Light yellow amber colour. Intense, complex, smoky, sweet baked plum nose with some cedary-vanilla notes. Dry, medium bodied, well structured, intense yet harmonious, very bright, slightly spicy, ripe plum-caramel flavours with some salt toffee flavours and a lingering, crisp, smoky, vanilla-tinged finish.
