This boutique winery was established in 2005 in Ontario's emerging wine region, Huron Shores. Ruby red with notes of cherry, blackberry, anise and baking spices. Medium-bodied and fruity with supple tannins and a lengthy finish. Enjoy with grilled steak topped with a dollop of blue cheese alongside seasonal vegetables.
