This is the third vintage of Alta-Yarí's superb, high-altitude Mendoza Torrontés, sourced from vines at 1,500 metres in Gualtallary. Pale, tangy and stylishly wooded, it's a white that has more in common with Sauvignon Blanc than Muscat, showing pithy, herbal flavours, sappy acidity and a racy, bone-dry finish.
