Abremundos Octava Bassa

Sweet berries and black walnuts with some wet earth and plenty of dark fruit. Medium- to full-bodied with medium-chewy tannins and a flavorful finish. Needs time to soften. Delicious now, but better in a couple of years and onwards. [Drink: 2023-2027.] Score - 94. (jamessuckling.com, Jan. 2, 2023)
