A blend of 1,2,3 and 4-year-old lambic beer brewed and cellared at 3 Fonteinen. This unique beer pours cloudy gold in colour with aromas of oak, orange marmalade, white pepper, lemon zest, savoury sesame and peach. Tart fruit on the palate, medium-bodied with gentle carbonation. Can be enjoyed now or cellared for a decade.
