A Gold Medal winner at the 2022 National Wine Awards, this bubbly is pale straw in colour with fresh citrus and green apple fruit. A fine mousse lends to a rich, creamy mouthfeel with hints of fresh limes, apples and lingering minerality. Crisp and fresh, it can be cellared for 2 to 5 years. Pairs well with sushi.
