This Cabernet is aged in bourbon barrels for two months bringing an added layer of character to the wine. Complex flavours of roasted dark fruit, cassis, vanilla, mocha, cedar and smoke are enhanced by caramel and subtle bourbon notes. Rich and full-bodied it is a good choice paired with smoked and grilled meat.
