Complex and layered with wonderful precision. Ripe aromas of persimmon, sweet spice and ginger with a creamy yet textured palate. Although delicate, each flavour is well defined and distinct with a long, moreish finish. Score - 96. (International Wine & Spirit Competition, 2024)
