TASTING NOTE: This is a classic Chardonnay in its earthy, apple-like aroma and flavor and its full-bodied, earthy taste. It gives no oaky impression and is fully dry. Right now it seems a bit young, its soft texture a bit disjointed from its crisp acidity ... however, it is admirable, and definitely a good choice if you find many Chardonnays a bit sweet.
