Pinot Noir grapes are hand-harvested and pressed with minimal skin contact to ensure fruit integrity. Viognier and Gewurztraminer blended in for a full and rich mouthfeel. It is a light salmon colour with notes of citrus fruit, peach, cranberry and white flowers. Pair it with white fish and lobster.
