Château Olivier 2020
- 750 ml bottle
Product details
Inky depths, one of the most concentrated Oliviers I have seen in terms of its colour. This hangs in tightly from the start, is not afraid of flexing its tannins, not exuberant but there is plenty of flavour here. Recommend giving it a good six to eight years to soften, but it is showing confidence and depth of flavour. Spicy black pepper and liquorice notes - great quality actually. A little bitter on the finish, as I am finding with several, as the concentration just overtakes the final sign off. Good though, I recommend. Drinking window: 2028-2040. Score - 93.
