This quality rum is aged in American oak and French oak barrels for up to 10 years. Bright amber colour. Initial aromas of caramel, cane juice and citrus fruit evolve to smoky, soft notes of oak. Full flavoured with notes of honey, dried fruit and toasted oak; soft and smooth on the palate. Enjoy in cocktails.
