Quite rich but retaining a fine elegance, with a fresh, lifted character and notes of apple, apricot and spice. Chilled, this makes a great sipping Sake, but it also has the structure to allow it to pair like a Chardonnay. Try it with pork chops, grilled chicken or seafood.
