Wheat has been used in Bavarian beer production since 1548 and is a staple at Wildbrau. The use of its own specially formulated wheat malt gives this beer a light, unique taste. Expect aromas of wheat and clove, with light notes of banana and citrus fruit. Medium-bodied with moderate carbonation and a refreshing mouthfeel.
