This Daiginjo sake is brewed with Yamada Nishiki and has a 40% rice polishing ratio. The aromas are refreshing and fruity with notes of apple, pear, lychee and sweet cherry. The palate is smooth and full-bodied with flavours of zesty citrus fruit. Best served chilled, paired with seafood, grilled meats and tempura.
