Product details

This wine comes from vines averaging between 30 and 40 years old planted in volcanic soils. In September, 40% of the grapes are picked and the must kept cold until carefully selected bunches from the remainder of the crop are added in early October. The result is a fresh wine with ripe peach, pear and apricot. Perfect for cod, creamy spinach-and-mushroom linguine, or tofu tikka masala.
