Donna Greta Pecorino is vinified in stainless steel tanks and fermented on its skins for 7-8 days. Intense yellow colour with green reflections. The bouquet shows complex aromas highlighted by citrus fruit notes. The palate is well-balanced with good acidity, mineral notes and a lengthy finish. Score - 93 Luca Maroni.
