This Nakadori Junmai sake is produced by the Asahara Brewery founded in 1882 and is crafted using only the heart of the rice grain. Expect aromas of stone fruits with apple, pear and light minerality. Fruity on the palate with notes of peach and plum. Best served chilled paired with grilled meats and fish and shellfish.
