This organic red is made with 100% Sciaccarello grapes grown in Corsica. Ruby red colour with reflections of purple. Generous aromas of red and dark fruit, sweet leather and notes of aromatic Mediterranean herbs. Full flavoured with fruity and sweet herbal notes. Enjoy it paired with gamey meats, salmon and mild cheeses.
