This organic Pinot Noir was lightly aged in oak barrels for eight months. Ruby red colour. Expect aromas of red-berried fruit, with subtle hints of oak. The palate is pleasantly refreshing with moderate tannins a light oak and a dry finish. Enjoy with veal, game, poultry or vegetable dishes.
