Scheurebe is an aromatic grape variety, discovered in Germany in 1916. The Don't Be Shy Scheurebe is not shy at all, it is fresh and vibrant with notes of citrus fruit and sour cherries. The palate is lively and refreshing with a good balance of fruit, acidity and length. Pairs well with fish and vegetable dishes.
