A slight outcropping of the Short Hills Bench causes a shadow to remain on the sauvignon blanc estate vineyard in the early evening. This is a fresh and lively sauvignon blanc that lends itself to be matched with seafood, such as freshly shucked oysters, moules et frites and pan-seared calamari rings.
