The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. Expressive aromas of licorice, black fruit and chocolate evolve on the elegant palate with ripe fruit flavours. Pairs well with red meat, pork, grilled vegetables and cured cheeses.
