Vallino Rosso is made with hand-selected Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese and Cabernet Franc grapes and aged 12 months in previously used French barrels. Expect aromas of fresh blackberries, cherries, bay leaf and olives. Medium to full-bodied with cocoa and blackberry notes and softening tannins. Pair with Florentine steak.
