This 100% Chardonnay is sourced from vines grown in the mineral-rich, chalky soils between Trapani and Segesta. It's a floral, herbaceous wine, with notes of citrus, acacia oil and sage, plus a lingering minerality on the finish. This will fare nicely with a lemon fish piccata.
