Cederberg's Cabernet Sauvignon is a reliably well-made style from the talented David Nieuwoudt that packs a lot of flavour at its price point. Cassis, black plum, damson and blackcurrant leaf flavours are framed by toasty 40% new wood and nicely layered tannins. Drink date: 2023-2028. Score - 91.
